A Tour of The St. Regis Residences, Boston Seaport

We recently were invited on a tour of the St. Regis Residences in Boston’s Seaport neighborhood. Below are our thoughts, as well as some photos from the trip.

Price of units: $2M – $13M. ~50% sold. 114 units total.

Positives:

  • Location. Boston’s Seaport is the place to be, and the St. Regis, right on Seaport Blvd, is in one of the best locations with perhaps the best views of the water, airport, and parts of downtown Boston.
  • Finishes. The design crew did not hold back. Top of the line Wolf appliances and overall design choices were exquisite.
  • The little touches. Have a guest in town? No need to give them one of your rooms, simply rent one of the two bonus units (bedroom and bath) in the building for up to $250 a night.
  • Two spacious Spa rooms.

Neutrals:

  • Valet parking only. Most of the smaller units only come with one spot. As is expected in the area.
  • The common areas, while top of the line, were somewhat underwhelming. The gym, while adequate, was small and somewhat cramped. Fortunately, with only 114 units, it should never be very busy. On the flip side, the pool area was of superb quality.

The St. Regis Residences are truly one of the top buildings in Boston and it was a pleasure to tour them.
