1. It’s been a busy month for our team. We started off with a closing on September 1 (148 Stanley Road), and have since had three new listings (our current listings), many buyers, and a number of sellers preparing their homes for listing next spring.

Milestone: $50M+ in Waban Career Sales
While last month we celebrated $60M in career sales in West Newton, this month we are proud to announce we have hit $50M in career sales in Waban.
Waban has always been a special place for us. Carol was a longtime senior agent at Hammond Residential Real Estate, working in their Waban office. In more recent years we’ve frequented Waban Hardware, Barry’s Deli and Stone L’Oven Pizza, arguably Newton’s best pizza! We’ve also supported the Angier PTO. Waban has a lot to offer, it’s no wonder that it remains one of Newton’s most exclusive villages.
Thanks to a longtime client, Rick, for sending us this photo of Carol back from 2001. Many things have modernized in the industry, but showing homes has remained practically the same!
